Midway despicable service!! No service

I just want to inform anybody searching for car insurance to not go to Miway. I have moved to Miway from outsurance thinking that they will be cheaper and they were but knowing what I know now I would have never moved over. Now that I want to claim a car accident nobody comes back to me. It has been more than 3 weeks and no assessor has even been to my car to the damage. I had more then one claims consultant and nobody gets back to me. I'm beyond fed up!!
