I was involved in a car accident on the 8th of July 2013 where a truck drove into the side of me, like a good person I reported it to the police and the insurance the same night. The car was then towed to a inspection yard where it has since been standing. After several calls to midway to find out what the process of the claim is I just get told they still waiting for the validation and since the 19th only one thing was still outstanding witch is all acceptable as there are processes to be followed but when you leave several messages for the claims handler to phone you back because she is never available and then still ignores you is the problem I have. The car has been with miway for almost 4 weeks and nothing has been done, then when phoning miway to ask to speak to a supper visor they are always in meetings and you just get promised that they will phone you back and still waiting for that call luckily I didn't hold my breath. I am discussed with the service I have received from miway and will defiantly not be sending people over to miway. My wonderful claims advisor that just is not getting back to me is Unica van Leeuwen witch is defiantly getting my vote for employee of the m
