Fnb alleges i had a credit card with them

I am receving calls from Phindile who works at Brooks annd Lyt attorneys. the allege i am liable to an FNB credit card, which i dont remember signing for.

please kindly treat this urgent and forward me the following

the contract that i signed.
the branch where the card was signed at,
full supporting documents that were submited for the application to go through, id payslip bank statement proof of residence.
loan reference number

please revert to me with the above and a refence number for the complaint
