I am soooo frustrated and disgusted with MFC Nedbank's car finance department. You cannot be helped at a Nedbank branch, you have to call the call centre who you cannot hear and who do not make notes of your calls on their system.

My debit order bounced due to insufficient funds. I rectified the account by I transferring money into my cheque account and called for details to make the payment, the call centre gave me the banking details, only to deduct the amount off on another debit order run!!! I am now in a debit balance with sundry charges due to this, and have been calling the call centre everyday for a refund since Monday! 7 calls later and no one is able to help me!

I am super frustrated and financially stressed because of this. I would not recommend Nedbank car finance or MFC car finance to anyone in South Africa. The service level is below poor!!! Pathetic
