Poor service and empty promises

Bayport contacted me and told me that I am pre approval for a loan... I just have to supply then with the relevant documentation, which I did, a pre approval letter was issued and they told me that the funds would be transferred into my account within 24 hours. Well that did not happen, when I supplied my documents, I explained that my id got lost and therefore I gave a certified copy of my passport. Now they say that is not acceptable as a passport is not a valid proof of identification... SERIOUSLY??? Jean De Wachte
