Charged courier fee for a phone i didn't orde

In November 2012 i ordererd a Samsung Galaxy online but because FNB didn't have the stock so i cancelled the order. Surprsingly on the 11th of February 2013 they charged me a courier fee supposedly for the order cancelled 3 months back. All efforts to get this transaction reversed has proved fruitless. Guys be on the look out when ordering cell phones online from FNB
