I've said this before and I will say it again! What a star you have in Basetsana! She makes dealing with insurance companies, which is usually a nightmare, a walk in the park. Servicing in our country, insurance dealings in general, is often dogged by really poor levels of appropriate attitude, comprehension and action.
This lady deserves an increase and promotion. Please don't promote her too far away; but only where she can get her colleagues to do it the "Basetsana Sibiya Way! "
