Debit Order Date

My debit order date for December 2012 was moved from the agreed 28th of each month without my express written or verbal consent. This caused and RD on my account and has affected my credit record.

Debtbusters Client Services will not acknowledge that they moved the debit order date without my express verbal or written consent, and will not concede to making good with my bank.

I find this unacceptable.
