On the 30 of dec 2013 i was involve in a accident. my car was towed to my nearest town, the following day i called iwyze concerning it and i ask the person who is responsible for my claim (daneesh) i told him to contact me if the the will be anything to do with the car. the following i was so surprised when they told me that my car has been towed to smd polokwane without even notifying me. i did try to call daneesh same day i left more three messages to his colleques but i only found him around 15h00. when i try to speak and ask him to tell me what happened he told me to come back to me.still he did not gave answers my car stayed at polokwane for almost three weeks after several phones calls. while daneesh and other iwyze employees promising and assuring me that my car will be delivered but still nothing. today as i am speaking my car has not yet reached its destination. they decided to stationed it at boksburg smd now is almost two weeks.iwyze failed to deliver service to me while am paying lot of money to them.i want my car to be fixed because am struggling without it and they hire incompetant agent they like to to me
