Unreasonable conditions to honour claim

After 5 years of loyally paying insurance premiums for the cover of 3 cars and household contents, I get a service that amounts to a bad joke. My house is struck by lightning during which my networking equipment (ADSL Router, Apple Wifi Router, Network Hard Drive) and the desktop sound system of my iMac are destroyed. PSG asks of me to take the devices to appropriate repair shops for damage repairs. My, where does a working professional get time to drive around Johannesburg looking for repair shops for 4 different electronic brands. After paying what would amount to probably R200, 000 and no claims to these people without making claims and after being begged 2 years ago not to move my cover to another insurance house, I get hassles to replace items that amount to R8000. I am simply moving everything to Outsurance where my house, my 3rd car and my life are insured. Should have done that 3 years ago and not listened to these clowns asking me to stay. I have already replaced my Apple router @ R4000 from my own pocket. Bye bye PSG and I would not like anyone to repeat my mistake with this Mickey Mouse insurance house of yours. I am sure another insurance will see high value in me.
