It's taken Iwyze two weeks to do nothing. I keep getting sms's saying they are still validating my claim. What disturbs me the most is that your employee's gave out confidential information to a man on the street. One of the witnesses now knows that I have suffered a total loss and awaiting the outcome of the claim. How can I trust your organisation. One moment Iwyze wants my spare key to be sent to SMD and a settlement amounts from the bank. The next thing I get interrogated 2 weeks later. What I told you last week I will tell you the same thing next week. The tension within my family is so intense it's breaking it apart. WHAT TAKES 2 WEEKS TO VALIDATE A CLAIM. My son disclosed all the passengers and their contact numbers as well as witnesses'. I wonder if the other driver was ever contacted to validate this whole claim enough. I ask has the other driver gone through the same interrigation because I'm paying Iwyze and I'm the DRUNK DRIVER, I'M THE CRIMINAL THAT FLEED THE ACCIDENT SCENE WITHOUT GIVING INFORMATION, i HAD AN UNLICENSED VEHICLE. I DIDN'T WAIT FOR THE POLICE. YET I'M THE ONE PAYING YOU FOR A SERVICE. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME?
