Failing to keep promises

My house was damaged on the 28th November 2013 I lodged a claim with the bank up to this day my house is not fixed my furniture is damaged they are sending me from pillar to post I am sleeping in a car but I am paying a bond every month it has affected my health and my job performance I have learned my lesson with standard bank I am so disappointed I think of taking the matter to the media
