Draw Card account used

We have recently been by a man named Lennon who posted an add on Gumtree under the pretenses that we had to pay the deposit in order to secure the apartment. The money was deposited into Draw Cards Account where you had to submit a reference number in order for the money to go into the account holders account. We notified the Draw to what had happened. They assisted us by blocking the account temporarily asked us to open up a case and then send all them emails of the communication that had transpired between us and the person who had us as well as the case number. Once they receive that they would then open up an internal investigation. We complied and sent them everything that they had asked for. Everything then changed and they notified us that they would only carry out the investigation once they receive the a call from the police. That could be weeks, month from now who knows. The police aren't helping neither is Draw Card. A company that can easily track this person down and stop this from happening to other people. All we want is our money to be returned to us. We have given them all that they require, they can see what this man has done.
