Hollard's Dishonesty and Deception

I e-mailed Hollard to obtain confirmation of the value of the funeral insurance policy I took out with them and boy was I in for a shock, it turns out that they debit my account for an installment that's R355.00 In total but then the coverage amount per individual is NOT the coverage amount, as far as they are concerned they debit my account every month for an installment of R200.0 pm but my bank statement reflects that its for R355.00 in total every single month an amount of R200.00 and then R155.00 and its Hollard that does the debiting from my account. I received a call from their consultants about a year ago 2011 and immediately after that call with my consent of course it was effected and the new installment was determined with the value of the funeral insurance cover increasing aswell but now they claim I only pay R200.00pm Please tell me HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE HOLLARD PLEASE TELL ME/EDUCATE ME PLEASE, so I have been paying R355.00 all this time for a policy where the value is still exactly the same as it was when my installment was less.

I need answer's and explanations YOUR STAFF called me to effect the changes YOUR STAFF not me.
