There was a withdrawal of two amount R300 and R1000 from my STD Bank account on the 04 june 2013 as per Bank Statement, I went to the Bank immediatelty after realising thaose withdrawals to report the incident and I was told thet the investigation will take about 10 working days and I should expect their call then, 10 working days passed without any phone call from STD Bank and when I went to the bank I spoke to the lady who was handling my case and she told me the bank cannot refund my money, they dont even have the footage for that ABSA atm where my money was withdrawn yet they decline my incident, Hello Peter please help me. i mean our money is supposed to be save at the bank dats why we are paying for the bank services, How many times must we be victims of without the bank being on our side as we are their clients
