Cash withdrawal gone wrong

12 March 2013, 07h34 I wanted to withdraw from Capitec ATM in Foodzone Kempton Park. I bank with Standard Bank&have an overdraft. I wanted R1000, but received R900.I took the R900&the slip showing the R900 withdrawal. I received an SMS stating R1000 withdrawn-NOT TRUE.I received another sms stating another R900 withdrawn on my acc-NOT TRUE.I only received R900&not R1000&R900. This put me over my overdraft, which is not physically possible as my limit is set. I decided to give it a few hours for the system to rectify the error of R1000.By 11h37 this was not done. I phoned the complaints call centre 0860102043 option 6, upon which I was told to take this query to my Bank&they will escalate the query. I am not happy about this for several reasons.
- I work for an employer&study at the same time-I don't have the time to go to my bank fill out a form&wait weeks for this issue to be resolved.
- I did not receive R1900 - only R900.This is a Capitec ATM error, so why must I take MY TIME, MY MONEYand MY VEHICLE to resolve something that is CAPITEC'S FAULT?
The ATM details are as follows: SAS27270 121231, Sequence# 000017, Auth# 001026, Ref#27579201. I want Capitec to rectify this immediately
