A week ago I contacted Nedbank Parow Centre regarding my new debit card as I did not recieve a sms notification yet and I was quite concerned as it was to expire in 2weeks time. The lady I spoke (can't remember her name) told me to call back everyday to check if it came. This already upset me because I pay a service fee every month and they can't do something as simple as notify me when my card is there instead I'm expected to make numerous calls to them. Today I called again and Erica answered. I explained my situation and she told me to hold on while she checked. I then heard a cellphone ring (Lady Gaga-Applause) and Erica answered it rather then seeing to me. Without saying anything, because she was rather busy having her own conversation, she tranfered me to a Naiema (I think that's the name she gave) who (with a stinky attitude if you ask me) confirmed that my card was there and ready for collection. Someone should really tell these ladies thet they are there to assist people like me not make our lives dificult... Extremely dissapointed!
