Service Failure / Bad Attitude / Manager refuse to

Bank card was stopped whilst on holiday as standard bank advised I reached some international withdrawal limit. Everytime I called they changed the amount (either 18 k to 20 k) and did not actually know what the reason was.
Being a prestige banker I waited 20 minutes for assistance (Double the time to the normal lines).
call centre lady would not assist and told me she had high call volumes she will see if she has time during lunch.
Matter was escalated to management at Bedford gardens upon return of holiday and destroying my last few days on holiday. Fikile and manager Eugene were aware of issue and are now ignoring my mails, nobody got back after my complaint was registered and I have complaint ref. I also requested to change banks due to standard not co operating with me yet nobody can assist me.
Standard bank are quick to take your money as a prestige banker yet they offer no value for money. It is disgusting service and I need the public to know that even the managers of the branch have no interest in their clients. All emails are available for proof.
