Plusplan account

I have had a plusplan account for approx 25 years and wanted to change it to a cheaper option i.e. R99 per month cheque/current account but it was declined because I have a judgement on my name. How did Standard Bank then give me vehicle finance 4 months ago for R500 000? I will be taking my business somewhere else!
