Standard Bank
Refusal to quote

Standard Bank refuses to quote me on vehicle finance. I must submit an application in order to do so, and only if they are the only party that I have submitted such an application to.

Another words if you want to give Standard Bank you may not look around at other rates? How can monopolistic principles be enforced in this day & age?

If another bank gives me a better rate, I'm moving my cheque account & bond from Standard Bank as well. Clearly they don't need my business.
