Laughing at me, because of my query

I get a sms from Furniture City, after I called them they direct me to African bank. Which I had to read out the message which says the following. "Happy birthday Mr Daniels use your Furniture City Club, Welcome Reward Birthday Discount Voucher this month.

All I was doing was finding out what this means, the lady ask me to hold and she does not put me on hold. She continues to find out about this to which a agent in the background finds all of this funny and laughs so hard that I felt embarrassed. So the agent who assisted me is refusing to give the ladies name.

As I am typing this she has put me on hold its been 10 mins now already. So am I suppose to accept this treatment. Still holding...
