I'm appalled by the service received from Indwe, I damaged my vehicle on the first working day of 2014, called them Immediately, got an qoute and send it to them, till today I have only received one email from them the rest of the communications was done by me at great cost as you have to wait for over 10 minutes for someone to answer and hope it is the person dealing with your claim and then I also had to deal with an assessor trying to force me to make another claim for a paint chip mark which should be under paint and chip cover. The claim was made on the 6th of January 2014, we are now on the 22 of January. Please do your job. I cant understand why Indwe cant pick up the phone and sort this out. In all the years I never claimed for damage on my car, and the first time I have to I get service like this. Thank you for showing where you rate among the Insurance companies.
