Never calls back

Good day

I would like toblog a complaint against clientele legal. I have an accout with them that I would like to cancel I phoned them at begining of January to cancel to avoid payment at end of January they told me they could not help me at that moment and they would pgone me back witch they NEVER did. Every time I try to phone i hold for hours without any answer. I want this policy canceled and i WILL NOT pay them at this month end because they play for time and they never get back to me once. I want this sorted. I am available from 15:30 everyday as I work underground.
