XXX, i would like to bring the following to your attention as I am rather upset about a few things in connection to the way my claim has been handled by Virgin and also Telesure.

Firstly I would like it on record that I have done the following:

1. I have been truthful and honest in connection to all details pertaining to my claim.
2. I was away on holiday, and was broken into punt kla.
3. I was not in at home and was not able to be at my house as I only go away on Holiday once a year
4. I would like it on record also that I own several DIFFERENT buildings (Proof can be given if Necessary)
5. I am not claiming because i need money or am flat broke, I am claiming because I WAS FROM AND WISH TO HAVE MY ITEMS BACK, if the police where not so PATHETIC in south Africa, I WOULD NOT CLAIM. As i mentioned to you or asked rather, once the claim is approved, to whom must i send the receipts that the original items have been bought.
6. Also, I have money, I will attach to this just one of my accounts which has more than double of my claim in it, please note i also have MANY investment Accounts, Properties which are paid for CASH... I am also able to provide...
