DECLINED HOME LOAN AND SMART DEVICE LAPTOP HP CONT

Hi,

I have been FNB client since 1995 until now. I have applied for Home with FNB twice (2007 and 2012) and I was declined. I again recently applied for the smart device laptop HP 2000 contract in November and it was declined. I called a guy in FNB adderly street as my branch to complain. I spoke to Mbulelo Mngxaga FNB adderly street cape town branch. Where he explianed to me that there was a problem in my credit status. The homeload/bond was listed as a loan under my credit records and that prevents me from getting approved by FNB to purchase the device. He promised to sort the with credit beauraux. he then called and updated me that my credit records is now fixed.

I again tried to apply for the smart device laptop HP 2000 to the amount of R199. I was declined again. This is such a disappointment to me as FNB client. If FNB cannot provide help to me why should I keep my money with FNB? This is a disgrace calling yourself as an FNB client but you they keep on declining you from getting loan or contracts from them. Its just maater of time before I move to another bank. Just because you rate highest in banking business doesnt give you the right to treat me this way.
