I applied for a smart device online and a day later was informed via sms that my application was declined due to my credit not meeting the criteri, which i dont know. i once applied for the same deal sometime last year and was informed by one the ladies in the fnb smart device that i was under debt review, which was new news to me.. one the staff mistakenly put that on my record because when i asked who was i owing and couldnt afford to pay back, they couldnt tell me. and they said they will have it rectified and clear it and i can apply again in few weeks. i did that and recieved an sms saying it was declined due to credit criteria not met. i then called to find out why. called the call center, spoke to thembi, who then put me through to zanele who in turn put me thourgh to patricia who then droped the call on my ear after telling her that i was not happy with fnb. i am very upset because i was kept on hold for so long and just when i was hoping to get help. they droped me. i am very disappointed in fnb service, they dont even have the courtessy of calling to tell me that they recieved my application but due to they underwriting my application cantbe approved.the call center is wo
