On the 14 01 14 I have purchase a CD with an Excell program on it, and the deduction for the amount was deducted immediately from my account. I emailed Setcom to follow up on my CD and when can I expect it, Alkistis Vakalis from Setcom replied on the email and request that I send the notification of payment again as they did not received the notification the first time, which I have send again immediately. I was informed by Alkistis Vakalis that Fleet street are just checking on their side for my payment on their systems. If I do not follow up myself I do not get any joy out of their customer service nor any feedback on my CD program I have purchase and when can the CD be expected. The only feedback I get from Alkistis everytime all the time - is that they are waiting for Fleet street and did forward them my emails but it does not answer my query - when can I expect my CD? I feel that Management need to step in now and solve the problem 'cause it bad customer service which reflect on the company. kindly assist
