Poor after sales service

We are seriously considering replacing all of our Peugeot's as half of our fleet consists of Peugeot Partners and we have had some mechanical problems on half of our Peugeot fleet - which we have dealt with but our main issue with Peugeot is the after sales service. One of our vehicles is currently standing at Peugeot Menlyn and it has been there for about a month now. With each and every problem we have on our fleet we always have to wait because they have to order the parts from France. We understand that Peugeot has certain procedures that they have to follow but they could seriously try and help their customers by giving them a courtesy car or something. We have requested a courtesy car but due to lack of planning or no effort they could not assist us with our request. I have taken this up with Peugeot SA Complaints Department but I had to phone them again today to ask what is going on and the reply I received was that they are waiting for a mobility request from Peugeot Menlyn. Looks to me like Peugeot likes waiting around for stuff instead of actually fixing the problems and in the mean time their customers are losing income.
