ABSA Rewards not debiting on the correct dates

I applied via telephone and set my debit date to be the last day on the month, and it debited on the 1st and 2nd thus there where no cash in and lost all my rewards that was not even explained to me that, that could happen if there is no funds in the account, then I queried this and ask for my recorded phone call and did not get any response for a week then I phone again and heard there is no record of me calling. I have been double debited on January for the one that was missed but still lost all the rewards.
