No Client Service

I (my business) have been a client of Nedbank for over 15 years and the service we receive from them is beyond disgusting. Just a warning to anyone wanting to open a new account. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and go to another bank. They need to learn a thing or two about client service. We cannot sit back and continue to accept bad service. After all these years of frustration I am now going elsewhere.
