I reported damage to the engine of my car in December. He said i should send in a quote so they can determine if its new or old damage. After i spent a day without a car (at the dealership for the required quote), when i called to find out who i should send it to, not only was i shockingly told the query was not logged, i was duly informed that VI will not "ENTERTAIN" such matters. Please tell me why i had to spend time getting a quotation for something that suddenly cannot be "ENTERTAINED".

Michael has created an expectation which i feel should be honoured.
