I called Miway call centre and waited to speak to someone for 20min, i eventually spoke to Debuseng, i asked her for the summary of my policy to be emailed to me and she assisted, i also spoke to her about my premium not being debited out of my account in full and i wanted to know if that was going to compromise my cover, her response was that she has to check whose fault it was, upon checking, she advised that it was an error on there side, to which i asked her again as to whether my cover would be compromised, she advised that she wont be able to confirm or deny without checking with her manager first, she put me on hold for half an hour and never got back. As a matter of fact, this has happened to me several times before whenever i updated my policy or got an additional quote from miway and i had to take the responsibilty upon myself to call and query the same. Im at my wits end, she didnt keep me updated as to the delay or even return my call. to top it off, she was very rude. The call was on 21/01/2014 around 12:30 as she sould not provide me with a reference number.
