Still waiting 2 months late

My husband was hijacked, the insurace company took the car to get quotations to fix the car, we waited for a month not hearing anything from the company eventually we called for feedback and nataley who is the manager said they not going to fix the car which we paying for every month, she then said phillip is going to fix everything, the very same philip said he is going to follow up on the matter and he never does. I have to call everytime and every time he knows its me he hangs the phone or the line cuTs off, its been twoi months and I haven't heard anything from them and don't have my car.. I am tired of the dealing with this, I am still waitng for my car and quatation. I asked them to bring the car so I can fix it my self they run around and there is no answe
