ON 06/08/2013 I used another atm to withdraw money with a nedbank card. No money received but it was dedcuted from my account. I reported the matter to Nedbank Centurion and I was assisted by Dorah who told me the matter would be resolved shortly. I have since followed up and I never receive any conclusive answers - instead I always get promised feedback. To date the matter is still not resolved and im really tired of going to the branch;only to be told that they will come back to me!
Service really pathetic - disappointed in the indifferent attitude from Nedbank staff who think they are doing you a favor by assisting clients!!!
