Still Havent Heard from Insurance

This is infact the second complaint I have with Absa Homeowners comprehensive.
I have had this accident more than a month ago. To be precise it happened on the 17th of December when the storm came and our roof started leaking, ceilingboards collapsed etc. The assessor came out on the 29th of December after several complaints and hiccups with Absa Homeowners Comprehensive. TG Construction has been appointed and never available for calls. Phone always just rings and rings. Absa still hasn't come back to me after report and my house still remains unattended and I still have no ceilingboards. What Am I paying for every month??
