Ntokozo assisted me with professionalism after one of the agents informed me that there is nothing they can do to drop my premium after a claim of write off of my car beacause of hail, upon attempt to cancel and one of consultants dropped phone on my ear i decided that i am not going to negotiate but leave Miway, his attitude made me to negotiate and stay with Miway clearing all negative encounter with the previous consultants
