In recent months I have not been too happy with the service I received from Miway. So after getting a better quote elsewhere I decided to cancel my policy with Miway. Once I called Miway with my request, I was put through to a senior consultant, Lenny, in the retension department. Right from the start he was friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. After working out a better premium for me I decided to stay with Miway. Great job Lenny and thanks for the great service!
