CHEQUE, FAKE SMS & FALSE INFO SUPPLIED!

I was in desperate need of cash when I sold my phone to a black foreigner from 'Saldanha'. His friend collected the phone while he did a transfer into my cuz's FNB acc. An sms goes off & I give the phone. I go to the ATM to withdraw the cash only to see that the msg said 'deposited' & not 'paid'! She calls FNB the next day & is told that a cheque transfer was made (from Montague NOT Saldanha) & that its! Myself & cuz leaves work immediately & goes to the closest FNB. The lady (can't remember her name) tells us that the cheque takes 7 days to process & only after that will we know if its should it bounce. We're also told that her account WON'T go into a - after checking with the Dept. Friday, she gets an sms to say 5K was deducted & IT WENT INTO A MINUS! FNB says she'll only have access to her acc on Wed! Firstly, we were told that its so easy to commit with a cheque, any1 can do it! U find a cheque, complete it & deposit it, not even INSIDE, u can do it @the ATM! Then a VALID sms is sent! Secondly, we were given the WRONG INFO after being told "don't worry, it won't go into a -! I LOST 5K DUE TO A FAKE CHEQUE, FAKE SMS & NOW WE'RE LEFT IN DISTRESS!
