I tried to submit a re-advance for my homeloan. The call centre agents actually go out of there way to make sure they do the minimum possible to help you. The attitude is a forced politeness with a "couldnt give a about you" undertone. Nedbank you are going to lose clients with your attitude, and dont tell my Im wrong because you just lost me as a client and I will be sure to spread the word.
