Standard Bank
Account was debited without my permsion by bank

Hi

i have been on some tough times and my home loan was in arrears but i had been communicating with the home loans department and on Saturday the 18/01/2014 i made an eft transfer of the outstanding amount of 6000 which should have brought my account up to date.
an hour later i noticed that standard bank sea point had then debited all the money left in my account (around 6100) and allocated it to my bond leaving me with not a penny and making a total payment to the bond of 12000 .
this left me with no money at all for petrol/food or anything
i have been trying to find out how this is possible and how do i get my money abck but no luck from a soul at standard bank.
