Funds paid not allocated into my bond account

Money was paid into Standard bank home loan account number 202151050 on the 2nd of December 2013 by ALTRISK but the money has not been allocated into my bond account. Standard bank advised me to send a letter and the proof of payment and i did but still no progress.
