I am appalled, and beyond dissatisfied and irritated with your company!
On the 17/01/2014, my account was accessed and debited with the monthly instalment owed to you.
Due to no funds being available, the debit order returned causing an unpaid fee of R134.00.
This is now the 2nd occasion this has occurred! In view of the status I have with my bank, you have
placed me in a bad light and therefore negatively affected my platinum status, causing an unjust
default.
We have an agreement in place. The agreement is that you will deduct the agreed amount on the agreed date which
is the 28th day of each month. I find this behaviour unhygienic and quite frankly unacceptable.
I want to settle what's owed to you - and never do business with you again!
