Query of Debit Order Payment Due Date

On 20th of December 2013, the bank obliged dishonour cheque /debit order due to insufficient funds because of Capitec Bank trying to deduct their money before the due date, which is the 28th of every month as per our agreement.

That Dishonoured items have detrimental affected my relationship with the bank, the interest rate and service fees.
