I would like to thank Kisendree Govender for the great service i received. I had an issue with a claim which i submitted last week Thursday and did not receive any feedback. I contacted the call centre today and spoke to her. She assisted me quite quickly in a freindly and professional manner and ensured me the issue will be resolved today.
