Bad service, non compliance and bad service

My mother had an accident on her car which is insured by iWyze on the 3rd of this month, it happened in Sasolburg. They overwrite the car, agreed to pay for it then she can pay the balance. She will have to fix or sell the car after. Only later to change their minds and they refused to pay for the claim, they penalize her for her previous car of which she didn't own or/and drive anymore. How can they do that, aren't they supposed to be concerned about the car they are insurering? They took the car to SMD, they said they won't pay for storage even worse they want her to pay for the courtesy car they gave her. For all that nonsense, they say they will return her premiums and she will be on her own. How can a trusted insurance from a big company like Old Mutual do such a dispeakable thing. We pay for these insurances and this is what they do to us. We even tryed for them to meet us half way but they don't want to hear any of it. The disgust me, all the stress they put on her is uncalled for. Who needs insurance when there is iWyze and their horrible service. Imagine starting a year with such burden. All along we thought the car was in Sasolburg to be towed to Vereeniging, only to find it's not.
