Being charged for paying my credit card account

FNB provided me with a credit facility and now charges me for paying my credit card account. Their excuse is cash management fee. This is unnacceptable, they should not be charging us for paying our accounts, be it cash, EFT etc. I would understand if they charge me for cash deposits if my card account is in credit
