Discovery Insure
No Feedback/Slow Service

I took out an insurance policy (Car, Household & Home Contents) with Discovery Insure. Understanding the reputation of Discovery I did not have difficulty in making the choice. The consultant that contacted me was friendly but did not explain everything properly and now this is were all the problems start. There is a few issues I have with them and had to call in at least 5 times and still my problem has not been resolved. I told all the consultants my issues and no proper feedback. I did advise the last person that my query will be logged here as i have made to many calls trying to sort things out.
