Bad Attitude regarding billing and service

I recently contacted the call centre and spoke to linda ndanda not sure about his surname. Linda was of no assistance watsoever and I strongly believe that he have no customer experience watsoever, I advisedhim that I settled my credit card and why am I still being charged interest. All he did was provide me with an email address to escalate my query. I told him that heisnot been very helpful and thanks for nothing his reponse was its a PLEASURE. Due to that rude and inconsiderate staff members I am moving to standard bank. I told him I wanted to speak to his team leader Hlengiwe Mkhize. When she did answer the call then the call cut she did not call me back I had to call back awaiting to speak to her of which she was no assistance whatsoever. There is no customer relations skills whatsoever and I will definetely move to a bank where I can get that. I am being charged interests for paying off my credit card of which is a rip off.
