Credit card machine still not working

After complaining on hello peter next day I get a call. Five machines later, bad services. Machines don't work. Now I get great service and still machine does not work. Get technicians number and he does not answer calls ever. Leave messages and he does not call back. I must leave a complaint here to get results. Pathetic. How can u supply machines that constantly give issues. I have a land line unit which I don't pay for cause the new mobile one gives problems. Honestly will be noticing capitec on Monday first thing. Looking into changing banks. Technician tells me turn around is 8 hours. Every time there is a issue it take a week plus to sort out. But when they need to take there cut the take it. Let's see how long they take to sort this out. When I go back to check my last complaint it is not even there, who deletes these?
