Unbelievable

My Mercedes broke down on the 12th of December 2013 after a night mare a with certain well known German workshop insisting my timing chain slipped and caused damage, I eventually found out it was accidental water damage from a young Mercedes Technician who only started on his own recently, in fact Within two hours of sending an e mail on the 15th of January 2014, trying desperately to explaining my predicament, I received a call from Karabo very patient and professional informing me an assessor would be send out ASAP, two minutes later an e mail with my claim no and an explanation of the process WOW I thought that is service but I was wrong, assessor went to accidental water damage to my Mercedes Slk 200 and brought an engine expert with, whom I am sure knows his stuff and he gave the mechanic of my choice the go ahead to strip and quote on damages triple WOW. Although my claim has not been approved yet, I have only but praise for Regent Insurance you guy's listen and understand what the client needs thank you thank you for excellent service and genuine people skills!!!
